Terms of Use

License agreement

Koxim is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms of Use add details about Koxim's plans and subscriptions. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

Free plan and Koxim Plus

Koxim Free

The free plan includes one trip in your library at a time, with the complete workflow. That covers packing lists, last-minute items, stays, room checks, recaps and reminders. Archived trips stay in your library and count toward this allowance. Deleting a trip frees the slot.

Koxim Plus

Koxim Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription. It adds unlimited trips and reusable saved lists. It is offered as:

• Koxim Plus Monthly: renews every month
• Koxim Plus Yearly: renews every year

The price for your country or region is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Prices may vary by region and may include applicable taxes.

Billing and automatic renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you chose.
• If the price of your subscription changes, Apple will notify you in advance. Where required, Apple will ask for your consent before charging the new price.

Managing and canceling

You can change or cancel your plan at any time in your Apple Account settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also open your App Store subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription in Koxim's Settings.

Canceling stops future renewals. Koxim Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you reinstall Koxim or move to a new iPhone, use Restore purchases in Koxim's Settings to unlock Plus again with the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so Apple handles all refund requests under its policies. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see your payment details or issue refunds ourselves.

If Plus ends

Nothing is deleted or locked. All your existing trips and saved lists stay readable and usable. Plus is required again only to create more trips than the free plan allows, or to start new trips from saved lists.

Koxim is a checklist, not a tracker

Koxim helps you remember. It does not detect, locate or monitor your belongings. Packing progress and room-check results reflect only what you confirm in the app. You are responsible for your belongings and for checking your room before you leave.

Reminders depend on your device's notification settings, Focus modes, time and time-zone settings, and battery state. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or seen. Please do not rely on Koxim as your only way to catch a flight, train or checkout time.

Your content

Your trips, lists, notes and photos belong to you. They are stored on your iPhone and are not sent to us. You are responsible for keeping your own copy, for example by using Export my lists or an iPhone backup. If you delete the app, its data is removed from your device. Acceptable use

Please use Koxim only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or try to unlock paid features without a valid subscription, except where the Standard EULA or applicable law allows it.

Disclaimers and liability

Koxim is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law. The disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability in the Standard EULA apply to your use of Koxim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Koxim changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Koxim after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Changes to the price of an existing subscription are handled by Apple, as described above.
